SPV - Fund Accounting

• Proper accounting and financial reporting for structured product vehicles
• Compliance with legal documents and SEC custody rule by coordinating annual audits for
• structured product vehicles
• Production of capital statements, holdings reports, and financial statements for investors
• Key collaborator on launching, investing in, and liquidation of structured product vehicles
• Responsible for all fee calculations of structured product vehicles including management fees,
• admin fees, loan admin fees, incentive, carried interest, and expense reimbursements
• Encourage collaboration between accounting and corporate social responsibility teams
• Manages a team of five to ensure deadlines are met and staff are developed

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA Strongly Preferred
• Strong communication (written and verbal), analytical and spreadsheet skills.
• Exposure to investment companies such as hedge funds, private equity funds, mutual funds, CLOs, or similar accounting

Basic Qualifications

• BS/BA required
• 1-3 years prior public accounting/fund accounting experience in financial services
