We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations & Automations Manager to architect, optimize, and scale the systems, processes, and programs that drive marketing performance and pipeline acceleration. This role is equal parts strategic leader, process architect, and technical expert—owning the tools, automation, and data flows that power marketing execution and lead management. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our HubSpot environments and liaising with the Salesforce admin team in IT Systems environments are seamlessly integrated, leveraging AI-powered lead enrichment tools to improve data quality and lead intelligence, and automating the lead journey from first touch to pipeline creation. You will play a critical role in enabling the marketing team to execute campaigns effectively while delivering actionable insights to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Technology & Infrastructure
- Own and optimize the HubSpot Marketing Hub including Chilli Piper routing and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce CRM.
- Own the customer journey touchpoints and lifecycle stages to drive continuous improvement in marketing workflows, data management and campaign execution speed.
- Lead system architecture and process design across marketing tools, ensuring a scalable, connected, and efficient MarTech stack.
- Inbound Lead Automation & Lifecycle Management
- Build and manage automated lead capture, routing, and nurture workflows to ensure leads are effectively engaged and converted and deliver personalisation at scale.
- Design and implement lead scoring models in HubSpot to prioritize high-intent leads and accelerate handoff to Sales.
- Ensure data integrity, enrichment, and compliance with global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA).
- Knowledge of leading automation tools such as Make (or Zapier/N8N) to manage complex lead routing and enrichment processes.
- Establish and manage processes for handoffs between marketing and sales including seamless process alignment with tools inc Highspot.
- Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks in HubSpot, Salesforce, Inbound and Outbound stacks, and BI tools that track key marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing team, RevOps and Sales Ops to ensure closed-loop reporting and actionable insights across the revenue funnel.
- Drive attribution modeling to accurately assess channel and campaign performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot (certifications a plus) and Salesforce CRM, including complex integrations and workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered lead enrichment and data tools (e.g Clay).
- Proven success designing and executing lead lifecycle strategies, scoring models, and automation workflows that accelerate pipeline creation.
- Analytical and data-driven—proficient with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to drive decisions and optimize performance.
- Strong understanding of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and experience with data governance best practices.
- Collaborative leader with excellent cross-functional communication skills, partnering with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
