We’re looking for an excellent, experienced, and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Cross Group Product Team—someone who’s collaborative, creative, and ready to lead one of the most impactful domains in our B2B2C SaaS platform. As a Senior Product Manager in the Cross Group, you’ll bridge strategy and empathy - crafting experiences that simplify complexity, empower users, and drive measurable impact for both our customers and their guests.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategy: Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to achieve ambitious business goals, ensuring a clear focus on usability, user delight, and end-to-end experience consistency.
- Drive iterative development: Lead the team in building, testing, and refining the product through continuous discovery, usability testing, and close collaboration with design to ensure a frictionless, intuitive user experience.
- Champion user experience: Partner with UX and design teams to define interaction patterns, maintain a cohesive product identity, and advocate for user needs in every phase of product development.
- Engage with management: Collaborate closely with executive management to align product strategy with company objectives and provide regular strategic updates.
- Data-driven decision making: Establish KPIs, analyze data, and use insights to drive decision-making and ensure alignment with key results.
- Cross-functional leadership: Work closely with business leadership, executive stakeholders, engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other product teams to deliver value constantly and iteratively.
- Cultivate a culture of customer focus, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Stay updated on market trends, user behaviors, and competitor activities to maintain product relevance and innovation.
Requirements:
- 7 years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record of setting ambitious product strategies and roadmaps.
- Deep experience with UI-heavy, self-serve SaaS products on desktop and web, with a proven ability to translate complex workflows into elegant, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
- A strong sense for design quality and usability principles is essential.
- Ruthless prioritisation.
- Data expertise and strategic thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, track success metrics, and use data to make informed decisions.
- Able to interpret data and connect it to high-level business goals.
- Strong ability to navigate between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Demonstrated experience in working effectively with executive management for alignment and communicating complex ideas clearly.
- Team player who can also take independent initiative, comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Strong experience working with R&D and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
