Since 2016, we have combined innovative technology with exceptional service to create outstanding guest experiences. We are looking for reliable and hardworking Housekeepers/Cleaners to support the daily operations of our aparthotel properties in Euston and King's Cross. This role is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals who take pride in maintaining high standards and creating clean, welcoming spaces for our guests.
Pay & Schedule
- £15 per hour
- Up to 8 hours of work per day
- Flexible scheduling
- Consistent workload throughout the year
- Regular and on-time payments
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and hold a valid UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) number, as this role is offered on a self‑employed contractor basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to a high standard
- Change bed linen and replenish towels and guest amenities
- Prepare rooms efficiently for guest arrivals and departures
- Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items
- Update cleaning tasks using our housekeeping mobile app
- Work across both Euston and King's Cross properties as required during shifts
- Maintain consistent quality standards that contribute to an excellent guest experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hotel, aparthotel, serviced apartment, or short‑term rental cleaning
- References from previous housekeeping or cleaning roles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using a smartphone app for daily tasks
- Basic English communication skills
- A positive attitude and pride in delivering excellent hospitality standards
Important Information
This role involves working across two nearby aparthotel buildings located in Euston and King's Cross. The buildings do not have lifts, so candidates must be comfortable regularly using stairs while carrying linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment. This is a physically active role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and climbing stairs throughout the shift.
