Waiting Team Member who can serve up elegance with a smile and turn every guest's experience into a key memory.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver exceptional service in our restaurant (breakfast room), bar, and lounge - with charm, confidence, and a dash of flair
  • Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make guests feel special, like a character in a Jane Austen novel
  • Keep the dining areas looking as polished as Bath's crescents
  • Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep things flowing smoothly
  • Share your knowledge of the menu, local produce, and maybe even a fun fact about the Roman Baths
