What you'll be doing:
- Prep and cook dishes with precision, passion, and a sprinkle of creativity
- Work closely with our Head Chef to keep service smooth and standards sky-high
- Working independantly
- A skilled chef with some experience in a quality kitchen
- Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and passionate about great food
- Consistent, reliable and self motivated
- A sense of humour, curiosity and a strong work ethic
- Work in a stylish, intimate hotel that feels more like a home than a group of hotels.
