Hello Brighton!
Pearly Cow & No.124 By GuestHouse have now opened our doors as one of the most anticipated restaurant and hotel openings on the South Coast in autumn 2024. We take pride of place right on the seafront and are Brighton\’s newest boutique hotel by the sea.
The Job
As a member of our waiting team, you\’ll support our Pearly Cow Manager by providing and maintaining outstanding guest service, always ensuring attention to detail, with exemplary knowledge of all menus, procedures, and standards.
