We’re York’s bold Fire & Ice concept restaurant, where sizzling grills meet frosty finesse, and we’re looking for a Senior Sous Chef who can balance flame and frost with skill, creativity, and a dash of flair.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Backing up our Head Chef, keeping the kitchen running smoother than melted butter.
  • Cooking up dishes that bring the fire to the grill and the chill to the plate.
  • Inspiring our brigade—because a great team is the secret ingredient to every service.
  • Delivering food that’s bold, balanced, and always Instagram-worthy (our Beef Fat Chips, IYKYK!).

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience as a Sous Chef—you know your way around the pass and keep cool under pressure.
  • A passion for both flame-kissed meats and delicately chilled seafood (and everything in between).
  • Organised, creative, and able to juggle hot pans and cold plates without breaking a sweat.
  • A natural leader who can bring out the best in the kitchen team.
