Hello Margate! Pearly Cow & No.42 By GuestHouse, Margate are looking to recruit a superstar Head Chef to lead our kitchen brigade from the front, making us the go-to foodie destination in Margate.

The Job

You will help develop a seasonal menu for our restaurant. You will train your team as you see fit, find the best produce from local suppliers, and create dishes that inspire wonder, all while ensuring food safety standards are upheld. No.42 has various food outlets including our signature restaurant 'Pearly Cow', showcasing British Meat and Seafood, a seafront private events space serving small plates, and Lounge-based snacks in our bar.
