Pearly Cow is an independent collection of grill restaurants in York, Margate and Brighton, where we serve up the most indulgent cuts of meat and the freshest fish in gorgeous settings, where you\’ll feel right at home. What You’ll Bring Doing
- Running your own section like a boss – whether it\’s grill, garnish, or fish (or wherever your skills lie)
- A diligent focus on food safety and excellent hygiene standards
- Cooking dishes to spec perfection, consistently and calmly under pressure
- Supporting our Head and Sous Chefs in keeping service smooth and standards sky‑high
