Pearly Cow & No.124 By GuestHouse has now opened our doors as one of the most anticipated restaurant and hotel openings on the South Coast. We\’re taking pride of place right on the seafront and is Brighton\’s newest-boutique-hotel-by-the-sea.

We\’re now looking to recruit a superstar Chef de Partie to strengthen our back house function which will enable to us to become the go to foodie destination in Brighton.
The Job
Taking the lead in your own section, you\’ll be responsible for preparing, cooking and plating a variety of dishes showcasing our amazing restaurant and hotel.
No.124 will have various food outlets including our signature restaurant \’Pearly Cow\’, showcasing the best of British Meat and Seafood, a seafront terrace serving delicious small plates, cosy private dining rooms and Lounge based snacks.

You are food obsessed. You love fine dining as much as you love a good burger- and take pride in cooking to either to perfection. You understand seasonality and sustainability in the kitchen. You understand what British produce is all about, and love to present the most beautiful plates around. You\’ll also have a good understanding of the Brighton food scene.
You understand how the kitchen works, from top to bottom. And most of all- you love your team- you know how to train, motivate and lead by example. You are hands on and love spending your time in the kitchen, not in front of a computer.
