What you'll be doing: Deliver exceptional service in our restaurant (breakfast room), bar, and lounge - with charm, confidence, and a dash of flair Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make guests feel special, like a character in a Jane Austen novel Keep the dining areas looking as polished as Bath's crescents Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep things flowing smoothly Share your knowledge of the menu, local produce, and maybe even a fun fact about the Roman Baths What we're looking for: Friendly, confident, and passionate about great service Quick on your feet and cool under pressure A team player with a love of hospitality A sense of humour and a love for Bath's elegant charm.
