What You’ll Be Doing
- Mixing, pouring, and serving drinks with confidence and creativity
- Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests – whether they’re locals, tourists, or time‑travelling Tudors
- Keeping the bar stocked, spotless, and running like clockwork
- Recommending drinks, sharing stories, and occasionally dazzling with cocktail knowledge
