Operating across 13 full-service dealerships throughout the Midlands, Wales, and surrounding regions, we continue to grow and invest in our people.
We are now looking for a Senior Parts Advisor to join our busy Wolverhampton dealership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing outstanding customer service both face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Processing parts enquiries and orders promptly and professionally.
- Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Organising and prioritising workloads to meet business targets and deadlines.
- Supporting invoicing, payment collection, and general accounting processes.
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and administration.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve dealership objectives.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything you do.
About You
- Previous experience within the automotive industry.
- Experience in a Parts Advisor or Senior Parts Advisor role.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of invoicing and payment processes.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and telephone manner.
- A proactive, enthusiastic and approachable attitude.
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Working Hours
- 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
