Working Hours

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing job cards and raising invoices in accordance with work performed and manufacturer guidelines using Kerridge DMS and external customer authorization platforms
- Answering phone calls and handling customer inquiries
- Managing customer interactions at the Service Reception
- Liaising with technicians and managing workflow to meet customer expectations
- Scheduling service bookings daily
- Coordinating with subcontractors for work arrangements and follow-ups
- Updating customers on requests, costs, and authorizations
- Completing estimates accurately and efficiently
- Booking service appointments to optimize workshop capacity and meet customer needs
