The Night Luggage Porter is responsible for receiving and managing customer requests, always providing them with unique and personalized services and products and committing to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Carry arriving and departing guests’ luggage ensuring safety and security of such luggage whilst in the hotel’s possession.
- Efficiently manage all guest requests, applying upselling and cross‑selling techniques to optimize the hotel’s extra revenues, committing to achieving total guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the customer experience, personalizing their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Manage customer incidents, following established protocols.
- Comply with attributes, standards and manuals applicable to the department.

Compensation:
Salary package: from £13.33 per hour (base) plus up to £4,000 inclusive of Service Charge, Four on, Four off working pattern.
