About Meliá White House Hotel NW1 3UP: Meliá White House is a modern and elegantly newly refurbished hotel exceptionally located next to Regent’s Park, within a short walk from the world-renowned shopping streets of Oxford Circus & Regents Street. Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regent’s Park underground stations are all within a 5-minute walk.

Mission: Assist guests by providing courteous and efficient service. Carry luggage for guests arriving and departing from the hotel, ensuring the safety and security of the luggage while it is in the hotel's possession. Deliver guests' messages and mail according to the standards. Additionally, help with housekeeping and light maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Take responsibility for all aspects of Health and Safety within the department on a day-to-day basis.
- To set consistent high standards of Health and Safety in all working practices.
- Display excellence in all communications methods, both formal and informal, written and verbal, at all times.
- Handle guest and customer complaints with precision, speed and in a professional manner and to the hotel’s procedure.
- To ensure that all areas concerned with the department are kept clean and tidy at all times.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a related activity
- Fluency in English
- Spanish knowledge would be a plus
The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
