The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for presenting the overall look of the store, from window displays to in-store layouts, creating visual and commercial impact to maximize sales.
Job Description
- Implement designs and plans as per the VMG.
- Organize merchandise in-store to create visual impact and maximize sales.
- Dress mannequins, install window props, and optimize lighting in-store.
- Monitor window display percentages and sales, adjusting windows accordingly.
- Ensure that best-selling items are front-facing in the store.
- Maintain visual and housekeeping standards.
- Communicate regularly with the Visual Merchandiser Manager and Buyers.
- Send photos of store layout and windows to the Visual Merchandiser Manager.
- Coordinate with the stock controller to understand stock levels and best sellers.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in store meetings and related functions.
- Perform housekeeping and maintenance duties as required.
- Travel and work at different locations when necessary.
- Maintain standards in line with company policies.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
