We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead two 3‑bedded children\’s homes in Leicester, supporting young people aged 8‑18 with Learning Disabilities (LD) and associated complex needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead from the front, ensuring both homes provide high‑quality, person‑centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and positive outcomes.

We welcome applications from experienced Registered Managers and strong Deputy Managers ready to take the next step, with full organisational support.

The role is Monday to Friday 9am‑5.30pm.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of two 3‑beded children’s homes.

Ensure the homes deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care and support young people to achieve positive outcomes.

Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing within the homes.

Requirements

• Level 4 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior role within children’s residential care.
• Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and trauma‑informed practice.
• Full driving licence required.
