Guernsey Electricity is seeking a skilled and safety-focused HGV HIAB Driver & Crane Operator to support the delivery of substation maintenance activities across the electricity distribution network.

The role is responsible for the safe operation of HGV vehicles, HIAB cranes, and associated lifting equipment to transport, position, install, and remove electrical infrastructure and materials.

In addition to driving and lifting operations, the successful candidate will assist the Substation Maintenance Team in carrying out routine and planned maintenance work on substations and distribution network assets, while supporting wider operational requirements across Guernsey Electricity as required.

This is a hands-on operational role requiring a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and maintaining the reliability of the island's electricity network.
