Guernsey Youth & Housing project is seeking a Practitioner to support young people aged 16–25 who are NEET. You will work mainly one-to-one, with occasional small group sessions, focusing on preparing for work, building resilience and independence.
You will draw on safeguarding practices, deliver targeted interventions, complete assessments, and develop support plans. Applicants must be resident in Guernsey and have the right to live and work within the Bailiwick.
