Aurigny is seeking a motivated Groups Reservations Agent to join our Customer Services team. Location is flexible – Alderney, Guernsey, UK or Remote. You will own group bookings from enquiry to travel, liaising with agents and clubs, and ensuring accurate reservations while delivering excellent service.
You will manage deposits and payments, support disruption handling, and help respond to Business Plus enquiries. A customer-focused, organised, proactive individual will thrive in this role.
