Scope & Purpose:
- To strengthen our market share and brand awareness.
- To further raise our beauty profile and bring the brand into the future.
- Aid onboarding of new team members alongside training team and Area Manager.
- Coach and mentor all team members on shop floor.
- Support Area Manager in business duties.
- Support and grow KPIs and support achieving monthly targets per store.
Main Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of all beauty event activation projects and show tangible results.
- Upgrade all the skincare and make-up expertise (service and consultation skills) in regional doors conducting regular store visits and one-on-one BC development coaching.
- Recognise talent.
- Mentor and motivate our BCs with guided tutorials and on-counter workshops, sharing work best practices and tips.
- Work with Area Manager and Training team to establish training needs.
- Support new team recruits with ordering platforms and digital input of rotas and reporting forms.
- Implement coaching on brand selling ceremonies and best practices on counter.
- Work closely with Counter Managers, Area Managers and Training Team to identify contacts and areas of opportunity within our retail partners’ in-house services (beauty rooms, personal and virtual shopping, site animations).
Profile:
- Demonstrates expertise in make-up, with in-depth knowledge of skincare, and a broad understanding of the inseparable link with fragrance.
- Presents creative application skills, keeps up to date with the current trends and pushes the envelope forward in bringing products to life.
- Displays a deep understanding of our service proposition in relation to our client profile base per demographic and cultural background.
- Is flexible to travel in line with Area and training requirements.
- Presents strong communication skills and ability to adapt to the audience. Be relatable, confident on presenting and influencing at all levels.
- Building a strong working relationship with the Regional team and work with National Beauty expert to event in top doors to achieve sell out target.
