Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the achievement of sales objectives and ensure the implementation of Guerlain’s strategy.
- Develop a unique customer experience and impeccable service, being an example for the teams.
- Apply and enforce Guerlain’s unique sales method.
- Recruit, develop and retain customers and oversee customer relationship management, disputes, and complaints with speed and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage customer KPI’s: BDD, basing, qualification, satisfaction questionnaire.
- Implement Guerlain’s commercial policy, ensure objectives, P&L are met, and respect budgets and commitments.
- Analyse and share KPI’s, drive the development of action plans, challenges, and partnerships according to priorities and results.
- Participate in recruitment, training and integration of new employees.
- Create a climate of trust through briefings, team meetings, positive energy, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Define individual/team objectives, evaluate performance, identify training needs, and coach teams for continuous development.
- Enforce procedures and operating rules within the point of sale (cash desk, point of sale management, merchandising, stock).
- Collaborate with HR on disciplinary measures and work closely with assistant boutique managers and stockists.
- Supervise administrative management of the team (schedules, payroll, bonuses, training, interim, lunch vouchers, uniforms).
- Supervise maintenance (cleaning, linen, supplies, suppliers).
- Be responsible for risk management (physical security, cash management, inventories).
- Ensure the boutique’s image is respected in merchandising, cleanliness, organization and team grooming.
- Support the implementation of merchandising with the support teams.
