In the role, you will grow and drive retail in Guerlain Brand Ambassador and Non-Ambassador doors, with focus on the flagships to increase market share and enhance Guerlain brand image. Through your passion for the brand, you will demonstrate an attitude that benefits Guerlain always.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor trading results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure performance is on track to target. Develop and deliver proposals to enhance performance \βin flight\β. Partner with peers and other functions to share best practices and to ensure all retail opportunities are maximised, with productivity always front of mind.Be an Ambassador of Retail Excellence & Retail Excellence tools.Develop, coach, and manage a team of brand ambassadors to help achieve a high- performance culture of excellence. Motivate and inspire to develop the ambassador team, to achieve the retail targets, but also help them progress through the career path.Customer centric β lead by example, and coach all Brand AmbassadorsRecruit and retain exceptional talent into the brand. Develop the skills and capabilities of the team at both a group and an individual level. Conduct regular team assessment and give feedback.Recruitment and Retention through Customer Experience Evaluation, BA Turnover, BAs career path progressionKPIs: Achievement of area targets: retail sales, OOS, point of sale KPIs (Average Basket Units, New Customers, CRM.)Implement the company strategy and vision throughout the area. Ensure all retail partners are briefed and aware of the brand ambition and marketing plans.Manage the store visit frequency in line with the agreed store categorisation. Build strong relationships with key store/floor managers to support the retail ambition of the brand and gain locally additional support in stores.Be the guarantor of the brand image. Ensure marketing plans and all merchandising guidelines are implemented perfectly in both Ambassador and non-Ambassador doors.Build effective relationships with the Head Office team (marketing, sales, training, customer service, finance, HR)Train and coach retail partner staff on lifestyle products and take the opportunity to do this on each visit.Temporary staff Management.HR β deal with disciplinaries, absence, performance management, and ensure all HR documents are completed.PROFILE KEY COMPETENCIES/TECHNICAL SKILLS: Experience: At least 3 years experiences in a customer facing role & 2 years experiences of managing a team/other people. Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Effective planning and organization. Ability to analyse retail results and interpret them. Flexibility and agility. Proven people management experience. Ability to drive retail results. Self-motivated and results driven. Profile: Enthusiastic individual, dedicated, approachable and strong team player. Strong observation and communication as well as interpersonal skills, be solution focused with ability to adapt. Be relatable, confident, and influential at all levels.
