Main Responsibilities
- As an ambassador for our Maison, you embody and transmit Guerlain's values to your customers.
- Under the responsibility of the Account Manager and their Assistant Managers, you will ensure the development of your sales while guaranteeing the excellence of our customer service.
Customer Service
- You put the relationship and the customer experience at the heart of all your actions and you commit to:
- Provide your customers with a unique experience by creating a sincere bond: a warm welcome, building trust, mutual discovery, embodying the "Guerlain promise".
- Develop a unique customer experience and irreproachable service: active listening to needs, adapted and personalized services and proposals (make-up, skincare, and perfume consultation), storytelling.
- Develop a regular clientele and develop local and international clientele by using the different tools and means at your disposal: preparing and anticipating tomorrow's needs, inserting, clientelling, phoning, animations.
- Be part of the results of your store's customer satisfaction questionnaire and propose action plans.
Sales Development
- Apply the unique Guerlain selling method.
- Ensure the achievement and follow-up of the objectives set both individually and collectively.
