Job Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide your customers with a unique experience by creating a sincere bond: a warm welcome, building trust, mutual discovery, embodying the "Guerlain promise". Develop a unique customer experience and irreproachable service: active listening to needs, adapted and personalized services and proposals, including make‑up, skincare and perfume consultations, and storytelling. Develop a regular clientele and grow local and international clientele by using the tools at your disposal: anticipating tomorrow’s needs, clientelling, phoning, and animations. Be part of the store’s customer satisfaction questionnaire results and propose action plans.
- Sales Development: Apply the unique Guerlain selling method. Ensure the achievement and follow‑up of objectives set both individually and collectively.
- To be a committed and responsible actor within your team and our Maison. To embody Guerlain’s values. Foster and develop team spirit. Participate, animate and share during briefings. Proactively contribute to the overall running and harmony of the counter by respecting Retail Excellence and sales procedures set by Counter Management (checkout, point of sale management, merchandising, stock, etc.).
