We are looking for a dynamic Cluster Sales Specialist to join our team to focus on developing and implementing the new IR Strategy, considering the refocus of Lipiodol to grow the business by producing a pipeline of opportunities.
YOUR ROLE
- Drive the country agenda to plan and execute II Strategy to maximize sales.
- Identify the key areas as per the new Lipiodol re-focus, accelerating actions on medical education to drive growth.
- Deliver on defined sales budget for target segment.
- Produce market share data by modality.
- Engage with/manage key decision makers.
- Become the expert by developing knowledge surrounding competitive activity.
- Participate in national, local and European congresses.
- Lead territory team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.
- Maximise access to Guerbet Products by developing II business opportunities.
- Build relationships and expand company presence within labs.
- Demonstrate a passion for learning clinical cases.
- Build trust with physicians by providing solutions based on scientific approaches.
- Increase penetration through engaging with appropriate KOLs and referring clinicians to develop clinical knowledge and expertise, leveraging Guerbet Medical Education resources to accelerate Lipiodol growth.
- Develop OEM and private sector business.
- Establish Guerbet as reliable partners.
- Collaboratively work to develop target accounts by coordinating the involvement of other company personnel when needed.
- Commit to the successful achievement of the team and organizational goals through a desire to participate with and help other members of the team from different business lines.
- Demonstrate a focus on listening to and understanding customer needs and delighting the customer by exceeding service and quality expectations.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. General working knowledge of the internet for business use.
- Demonstrated ability to positively receive and respond to feedback for improvement and development.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Education: Preferably Radiography or Life Sciences-related (medical, scientific, pharmacy, radiography).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of selling experience within a pharma/medical devices industry, with familiarity and knowledge of oncology doctors within Interventional Radiology, Interventional Oncology, Endovascular and Vascular disciplines.
- Deep relationships with access to Interventional Radiology clinicians is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Work flexible hours, quickly develop strong and effective selling skills, visual acuity and analytical skill to distinguish fine detail, manual dexterity to use common Interventional Radiology department equipment and perform sterile techniques as required, must possess the ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
