What we are looking for
We need a successful and dynamic Account Executive for a field‐based position focused on selling Diagnostic Imaging products into hospitals, imaging centers, radiation oncology, etc. This role serves as the primary contact for our customers as they explore acquiring Guerbet Solutions products and services. The candidate must reside in the South or Southwest region to best cover the territory.
Your role
- Cultivates relationships with key clinical thought leaders and administrative C‐level officers.
- Generates proposals, prepares sales quotations, plans customer meetings, and demonstrates equipment capabilities.
- Achieves business objectives for the assigned territory.
- Guides the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals and budgets.
- Develops, builds, and nurtures long‐term relationships with key management within the customer organization.
- Communicates current market intelligence to various decision makers within each account.
- Assists management in devising sales plans and strategies, developing forecasts, budgets and operating plans for product sales channels.
- Leads territory team reviews and updates of account plans based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.
- Collaborates with radiologists and other medical professionals to establish best practices in protocol management.
- Understands and influences commissioning trends, guidance & pathways.
- Develops and delivers efficiency tools for commissioners/payers (e.g., service redesign, data analytics, joint working).
- Redesigns pathways and services.
- Shares regional/local commissioning, guidance & pathway trends with Sales Manager and other sales managers.
- Delivers CPD accredited educational modules within the territory.
Your background – Education
- Certified Radiographer degree or Bachelor of Science.
- Additional business administration degree is a strong plus.
Your background – Experience
- Proficiency in English required.
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valid driving license.
- Negotiation skills.
