We are looking for a successful and dynamic Clinical Sales Specialist for this field-based position focused on selling Diagnostic Imaging products into hospitals, imaging centres, radiation oncology, etc. This role serves as the primary contact for our customers as they investigate the acquisition of Guerbet Solutions products and services. This person must reside in or near the Bristol region to best cover the territory for this role.
YOUR ROLE
- Cultivates relationships with key clinical thought leaders and administrative C-level officers.
- Generates proposals, prepares sales quotations, plans customer meetings, and demonstrates equipment capabilities.
- Achieves business objectives for assigned territory.
- Guides the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals and budgets.
- Develops, builds, and cultivates long-term relationships with key management within the customer organisation.
- Communicates current market intelligence to various decision-makers within each account.
- Assists management in devising sales plans and strategies, develops forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels.
- Leads territory team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.
- Collaborates with radiologists and other medical professionals to establish best practices in protocol management.
- Understands and influences commissioning trends, guidance, and pathways.
- Develops and delivers efficiency tools for commissioners/payers (e.g. service redesign, data analytics, joint working).
- (Re)designs pathways and services.
- Shares regional/local commissioning, guidance, and pathway trends with Sales Manager and other sales managers.
- Ability to deliver CPD accredited educational modules within territory.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Education: Certified Radiographer degree or Bachelor of Science. Additional Business Administration degree is a strong plus.
- Experience: Proficiency in English required; good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; valid driving license; negotiation skills.
