We are looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Administrator to join our team at Guenther Bakeries UK in Lyons Park, Coventry. If you enjoy coordinating processes, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you.

What’s the purpose of the role?

You’ll play a key part in our supply chain operation, making sure customer orders are processed accurately, dispatches run on schedule, export documentation is correct, and stock levels are kept on track. It’s a role that truly sits at the heart of the bakery.

  • Customer Orders
    • Download and process customer orders received by email
    • Produce delivery notes and maintain accurate filing of all documentation
    • Ensure all customer paperwork is completed and stored correctly
  • Dispatch Scheduling
    • Prepare daily dispatch sheets
    • Raise release orders for outside storage
    • Book and confirm transport for all dispatches
  • Exports
    • Request and manage export documentation
    • Liaise with inspection and shipping agents
    • Plan and coordinate production and collection timelines for export goods
  • Stock Control
    • Update production and sales data into spreadsheets
    • Report daily frozen stock levels to the team
  • Compliance & Teamwork
    • Keep work areas clean and tidy in line with CAYG policy
    • Follow all PPE and Health & Safety procedures
    • Support colleagues across the team when needed
    • Promote great communication and uphold our Guenther Bakeries values

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in a Supply Chain administration or similar role
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Strong computer literacy (Excel and Word)
  • Excellent numeracy and communication skills
