Product Manager - Investments

Role Overview: Guavapay is looking for an experienced Product Manager to oversee the development and management of investment and wealth products. This role will focus on delivering innovative investment solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment products, product development, and an understanding of investment strategies and regulations. You will collaborate closely with other departments to support the business’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Product Development & Management: Lead the creation of innovative investment and wealth products aligned with client needs and market trends. Oversee product feedback, testing, and analytics. Plan and execute product launches, including defining the go-to-market strategy and ensuring a successful rollout. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all investment products adhere to regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key point of contact across departments, ensuring seamless integration of wealth products into the business. Defining Requirements: Create clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for products. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive product improvement. Partner Management: Work with the right partners to grow investment products. Market Research: Provide insights into the UK financial landscape, investment instruments, and customer needs. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in the investment sector or product development. Proven ability to deliver high-quality financial solutions and lead cross-functional projects. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and experience improving wealth management tools. Understanding of the stock market – equities, ETFs, Bonds, Cash ISAs. Candidate Profile: Experience: Has had experience in the fintech, investment or wealth sector. Regulatory Awareness: Strong knowledge of compliance in wealth management and investment sectors. Product and Success Driven: Demonstrates creativity and innovation to drive business success.
