We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Events Driver to join our hospitality and catering team in Greater London. This temporary full-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth transportation of equipment and staff to various event locations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service and supporting our events team in creating memorable experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Transport event equipment and staff to and from various locations in a timely manner.
- Ensure the vehicle is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
- Assist with loading and unloading of equipment and supplies.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving.
- Communicate effectively with event coordinators and team members.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and event attendees.
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents to management promptly.
Qualifications:
- Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a driving role, preferably within the hospitality or events industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
