Salary: Competitive – dependent on experience
Job type: Permanent (subject to a six-month probation period)
Holiday: 31 days including Bank Holidays (three days over Christmas mandatory) – increases after two-year intervals up to a maximum of 28 days

Our Service Teams play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our ventures by executing efficient and effective cleanroom servicing and maintenance programmes for our ever‑increasing client base.
Key Responsibilities & Capabilities:
- Carry out cleanroom commissioning and validation activities including:
- Filter Integrity Testing (DOP/PAO)
- Airflow measurement and balancing
- Differential pressure testing
- Airflow visualisation studies
- Commission, test and maintain HVAC systems serving controlled environments.
- Service and maintain critical infrastructure including:
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Fan Filter Units (FFUs)
- Compressors
- Generators
- UPS Systems
- Biological Safety Cabinets (BSCs)
- Laminar Airflow Cabinets (LAFs)
- Perform testing and certification of separative devices including:
- Complete Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) protocols.
- Support cleanroom modifications, upgrades and improvement works.
- Produce accurate service reports and technical documentation.
- Liaise professionally with customers and provide technical recommendations.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
Experience:
- Experience within the cleanroom, HVAC, commissioning, validation or critical environment sector.
- Strong understanding of airflow, pressure control and contamination control principles.
- Experience carrying out cleanroom testing and validation activities.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- CTCB-I Registered Testing Professional.
- HTM 03-01 Competent Person (CP) or Authorised Person (AP).
- Experience working within Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Device or Life Science environments.
- Knowledge of ISO 14644 and EU GMP Annex 1.
- Experience using particle counters, balometers, photometers and airflow measurement equipment.
- HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical qualifications.
- IPAF, PASMA or CSCS certification.
