The RolePrimarily responsible to provide security and safety at the assigned location through compliance with standing order instructions.
What You'll Be Doing- Patrolling the property to ensure that safety and security policies and procedures are adhered to
- Ensuring all access points are secured
- Monitoring the location for any suspicious activity, and reporting to the Security Manager/Supervisor on shift.
- Maintaining clear and concise logs of all occurrences or suspicious activity
- Responding to client's requests quickly and courteously
- Assisting during emergency situations
- Notifying appropriate stakeholders in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents.
- Adhering to proper handover/takeover procedures
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to work flexible hours, on weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment
- High personal standards of honesty and integrity
- Clean police record
- Must be medically and physical fit
- High school diploma
- A valid PSRA licence is an asset
- Valid Industrial Security Training Certificate is an asset
