We are seeking a high-performing Regional Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts across London in the manned guarding sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected and growing security company with ambitious growth plans and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new manned guarding contracts across London and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and prospects
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and prepare tailored security proposals
- Close new business and ensure smooth handover to operations
- Maintain strong market awareness and competitor insight
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Business Development Manager role for manned guarding with the same employer
- Broader experience in B2B sales, security, or facilities management is advantageous
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage your own territory
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
