The Regional Business Development Manager for Manned Guarding at Guardsman Security Group is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company’s manned guarding services nationwide. This individual will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the manned guarding sector, aligning with the overall company goals.

• Sales and Revenue Growth:
