Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager (South) – Manned Guarding

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £40,000 – 50,000 per annum plus commission depending on experience

Benefits: 30 days annual leave, performance-based commission

Job Summary:

The Regional Business Development Manager for Manned Guarding at Guardsman Security Group is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company’s manned guarding services nationwide. This individual will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role requires a seasoned professional with deep industry knowledge, a proven track record in business development within manned guarding, and the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

\\t•\\tDevelop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the manned guarding sector, aligning with the overall company goals.
