The ideal candidates will take pride in maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming rooms to ensure a pleasant stay for guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels and amenities.
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, tea, and coffee.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items promptly.
- Maintain an organized and fully stocked housekeeping trolley.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Greet guests courteously and respond to requests professionally.
- Work efficiently to meet daily room-cleaning targets.
Requirements:
