- Job Purpose
The primary role of a Door Supervisor is to ensure the safety and security of the venue's clients and employees.
Job Overview
As a Door Supervisor, you will ensure the safety of staff and customers, as well as protect assets within the clients' business and provide excellent customer service.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- You may be stationed at the entrance, screening visitors for suitability.
- Deal with day to day enquiries.
- Controlling entry and exit route.
- Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue.
- Crowd control.
- Being pro active making sure that customers are safe.
- Carrying out Id checks.
- Screening and searching for individuals.
Requirements
- A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor Licence.
- Have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused.
- Good communication skills.
- Be smartly dressed and groomed at all times.
- Be able to have own transport or live locally.
- Ability to tackle emergency situations.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS EXPIEREn CE WORKING IN BARS AS SECURITY.
- PLEASE do not apply if you have not worked in bars as security . We do not accept event security as being the same .
