Trained Dog Handler – Lingwood Security Management – Faringdon, Oxfordshire, SN78AH.
Pay: £18.50 per hour (PAYE, monthly pay)
Contract: Until roughly Feb 27
Shifts: pattern 1
Monday to wednesday nights 17:00 - 06:30 and Saturday, Sunday days 07:00-19:00
Pattern 2 - Thursday night - 17:00-06:30 Friday Night - 15:00- 06:30 and saturday sunday nights - 19:00- 07:00
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a qualified Dog Handler to support our corporate security operations, This role involves maintaining a secure environment, carrying out patrols, and ensuring all site safety procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Prevent unauthorised access to site
- Ensure all equipment, plant, tools, and machinery are secure
- Carry out patrols with your dog in line with site requirements
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures
- Maintain access control
- Communicate effectively with Lingwood Control
- Complete accurate logbooks and incident reports

Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guard)
- NASDU qualification (Dog Handler)
- Ability to travel to and from site without issue
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to follow procedures and complete reports
- Smart appearance and good personal hygiene
- Reliable with strong time-management skills
