Location: London, Bentall's Shopping Centre

Pay rate: £16.30 per hour

Contracted Hours: 4 on 4 off - 42 hours per week - nights

The role:

Our small friendly shopping centre security team has a full-time vacancy. You will be required to patrol the shopping centre and interact with members of the public, businesses within the centre and all contractors and visitors to the site. You will be responsible for the health and safety for all at the site and will be trained in emergency preparedness. You should have a positive attitude and be able to remain calm and diligent during any incidents that may occur on site.

To apply for this role, you must have:

  • In-date SIA and CCTV licences
  • Experience of using Microsoft packages to complete necessary daily documentation and reporting
  • Excellent customer service soft skills
  • A good level of spoken and written English
  • Basic report writing and IT skills
  • Demonstrable experience of dealing with difficult people and finding solutions
  • Drive and self-motivation
  • Keen eye for detail and awareness of security risks
