Role Purpose
To deliver a proactive, five-star security and guest experience service within a multifunctional office and events environment. The role ensures the safety and security of the building, supports exceptional client engagement, and works closely with the in-house Facilities team, reception, and building occupants to maintain compliance with security legislation, health and safety standards, and best operational practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Operations
- Monitor building security in line with legislative protocols and best practices.
- Conduct perimeter checks and proactive site patrols.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems; liaise with external monitoring stations as required.
- Maintain accurate incident reporting in the security log and elevate issues promptly.
- Act as a key point of support during emergency procedures and building evacuations.
- Guest Experience
- Provide a professional, welcoming presence at the front of house.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to building occupants and visitors.
- Support reception during busy periods, including answering calls and assisting guests.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of reception and communal areas.
- Event Support
- Assist with security planning and monitoring for building events.
- Ensure compliance with up-to-date protocols for event management and security legislation.
- Provide on-site support during events for smooth operations.
- Facilities & Operational Support
- Conduct routine health and safety checks and report hazards or non-compliance.
- Assist with postal duties and manage assigned tasks in the in-house CRM system.
