We are looking for a proactive, polished, and personable Guest Experience Manager to lead the Front of House experience. You’ll be the sole ambassador of the building, setting the tone for a premium and professional space. We are seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Manager to deliver a first-class, hospitality-led experience within a prestigious corporate office. As the key Front of House professional, you will create outstanding first impressions, manage daily reception operations and build strong, trusted relationships with tenants, clients and stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a polished, welcoming and professional Front of House service
- Meet, greet and manage all visitors and incoming calls
- Coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality, refreshments and catering
- Maintain an immaculate reception and common areas
- Act as first point of contact for tenants, client representatives and visitors
- Support building operations including security, safety, compliance and contractors
- Monitor office supplies, maintenance and cleaning standards
- Manage access control, key fobs and visitor procedures
- Assist with Health & Safety records, incidents and reporting
- Produce tenant newsletters, social media posts and organise events/pop-ups
About you
- Experience in a similar role within luxury, corporate, hospitality or HNW environments
- Impeccable personal presentation and exceptional customer service skills
- Confident communicator with strong organisational abilities
- Proactive, calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Comfortable liaising with contractors and senior stakeholders
- Competent using Microsoft Office and digital platforms
