Role Summary
The role is critical to ensure our operational day-to-day frontline services work like clockwork. You will be responsible for maintaining the look and feel of our pristine site and providing safety for this modern building with your customer service and support for those who work and visit the building. A typical day may include access control, greeting visitors, regular patrols, and completing the daily occurrence book. You will finish every shift with a thorough handover.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the look and feel of the site and ensure safety and security of the building.
- Provide customer service support for staff and visitors.
- Perform access control, greet visitors, and conduct regular patrols.
- Complete the daily occurrence book and provide thorough handovers at shift end.
- Communicate effectively, be reliably present, and maintain smart uniform presentation at all times.
- Be proactive and willing to learn; receive full training and contribute to the ongoing success of GUK.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Security Industry.
- Excellent English language and communication skills.
- Good leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service delivery.
- Good speaking and listening skills.
- Ability to complete individual and team set tasks.
- Excellent report writing & IT/computing skills.
- Outstanding personal appearance, etiquette & grooming standard.
- Project/task management and ability to work well under pressure.

Qualifications
- Valid SIA Security Guard or Door Supervisor License.
- Valid SIA CCTV License (preferred).
