Hours – 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:00 to 18:00) 1-hour unpaid lunch

We’re looking for a vibrant and proactive Guest Experience Manager (GXM) to be the heart of our front-of-house, creating a seamless, five-star experience for every visitor.

Reception UK (RUK) is an established reception and concierge service, and our people believe first impressions count and we take great pride in being known for our attention to detail and service excellence. Our vision is to create a reception/concierge service that’s unique, bespoke and tailored to our clients’ requirements with a focus on superb customer service. We are looking for someone that wants to join our fast-growing team, believes in great customer service and is committed to delivering the high level of performance Reception UK is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide an exceptional first impression to all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  2. Manage reception operations, including meeting room organisation, handling queries, and coordinating refreshments.
  3. Liaise with tenants, contractors, and external agencies, ensuring smooth operations and building management.
  4. Support health & safety procedures, reporting incidents and maintaining compliance records.
  5. Oversee cleaning, repairs, and general maintenance, ensuring high standards are met.
  6. Organise tenant engagement activities, including newsletters, pop-up stalls, and events.
  7. Manage visitor access, key fobs, and security procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or customer service role.
  2. Outstanding personal presentation and communication skills.
  3. Strong organisational abilities with the ability to multitask effectively.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital platforms.
  5. Good knowledge of health & safety regulations.
  6. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for customer experience.
