Reception UK (RUK) is seeking a proactive Guest Experience Manager to lead the Front of House in a premium corporate office. You will be the sole ambassador of the building, delivering a hospitality-led, first-class experience and setting the tone for professionalism.
You will manage daily reception operations, greet visitors, coordinate meetings and catering, liaise with tenants and stakeholders, support security and safety processes, and maintain immaculate reception and common areas.
