What Youâll Be Doing:
Support the Class Teacher: Assist in delivering engaging lessons and creating a positive classroom atmosphere
Provide 1:1 and Small Group Support: Focus on helping pupils with SEN or learning barriers to achieve their goals
Build Confidence: Foster studentsâ self-esteem, independence, and social development through active listening and encouragement
Contribute to Planning and Feedback: Help prepare learning materials and track student progress

Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a primary setting
