GSL Education seeks an experienced SEN Teacher for a specialist school in the Snaith (DN14 6) area. This role offers an opportunity to design personalized learning plans, support pupils’ development, and foster an inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and adapt lessons based on pupils’ IEPs.
- Support students with autism, ADHD, and other needs.
- Create a positive classroom environment promoting progress.
- Collaborate with staff and parents for consistent support.
- Monitor and report on pupils’ progress.
- Maintain safeguarding and pupil welfare standards.
Requirements
- UK QTS or equivalent qualification.
- Experience teaching pupils with SEN.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Empathy and adaptability.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
