GSL Education is delighted to be recruiting Level 3 Early Years Practitioners on behalf of our partner school in Maldon. This is a fantastic opportunity for caring, enthusiastic, and committed individuals to join a supportive and forward-thinking early years team.

We are looking for practitioners who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and learning experiences for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment that supports each child’s development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and families
  • Promote children’s independence, emotional well-being, and curiosity
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised environment indoors and outdoors
  • Observe, record, and contribute to the assessment of children\’s progress

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in an Early Years setting
  • A proactive and flexible approach to working with young children
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and child development.
